What this site collects

One thing: the email address you type into the signup form, if you choose to type one. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information, and there is no account to create.

Why

To email you about the Jonny Masters Trilogy: release dates, pre-order links and news about the books. That is the only thing your address is used for. It is not sold, rented or passed to anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

The address is stored with the email provider that sends the newsletter, and the site itself is hosted on Railway. Both process it on our instructions only. Some of that processing happens outside New Zealand.

How long it is kept

Until you unsubscribe, or until the list is closed, whichever comes first. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and using it removes you from the list.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no third-party trackers. Nothing follows you off it. The book cover art, video and theme song are all served from this site, not from an external network.

Your choices

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@jonnymasterstrilogy.com and it will be dealt with. If you are unhappy with the response, you can raise it with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
